Draw Location

  • Drawn by lot at the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron, 181 Westhaven Drive, Westhaven Marina, Auckland, at 10.30am on 29/07/2024.

Results

  • Results published on 30/07/2024 at www.kiwicup.co.nz and www.rnzys.org.nz and in the Sunday Star Times “Raffles Column” on Sunday 4th August.

Tickets

  • Tickets are limited to 10,000. Numbered 10,001–20,000.
  • Tickets cost $20.00 each
  • The ticket price includes GST and is transacted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
  • Your lottery tickets will be issued by email. If you are paying by credit card, you must use a credit card issued in New Zealand.
  • To qualify for book buyers prizes and/or entry into the book buyers draws, the tickets you hold must be issued in the same name, in the same transaction and at the same time.

Winner Notification

  • Prize winner notified in writing and the prize delivered within New Zealand
  • Any additional meals, alcoholic beverages, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the travel prize winner
  • All travel will be booked through the RNZYS nominated Travel Agent and actual dates are subject to availability

Cancellation of Lottery

  • If for any reason this lottery is cancelled, notification will appear in the “Raffles” column of the Sunday Star Times and at www.kiwicup.co.nz on 30/07/2024 and monies refunded.

Other

  • Employees and Contractors of the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron, and their immediate families are not permitted to enter.

Results will be declared by blind selection of included numbers, under supervision of an independent witness in accordance with Rule 6 (14) of the Gambling Act (Lottery) Game Rules 2004.

The draw will be held at the premises of the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron, 181 Westhaven Drive, Westhaven Marina, Auckland at 10am, 29 July 2024 for all prizes.

Results published 30/07/2024 at www.kiwicup.co.nz and in the Sunday Start Times on 4 August 2024.

Winners accept that their details and photograph may be used for publicity and/or promotional purposes.

Should early cancellation of this Lottery be necessary, notification will be given by public notice in the Sunday Star Times on 4th August 2024 with all ticket purchases to be refunded thereafter.
